Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain visual appeal.
- Perform routine cleaning duties to keep the store in pristine condition.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure a safe and organized shopping environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
