Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records accurately.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for local and national delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
