Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and team coordination
- Train and mentor 8-12 team members on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Execute daily workflow optimization to meet/exceed KPI targets
- Conduct quality control audits and report operational metrics
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety compliance
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm schedule
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation skills
