Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 8+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics leadership
- Proven experience implementing AI ethics frameworks at scale
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
