Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 5-year business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions for executive leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Present futuristic insights to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong publication record in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
