Responsibilities

- Design ethics validation protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks in healthcare and infrastructure sectors
- Publish peer-reviewed research on AI ethics in collaboration with academic partners
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams on ethical AI implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and emerging technology impact assessment
- Strong background in policy development with regulatory bodies or tech councils
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience leading cross-functional research teams in tech or academia
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
