Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups to audit algorithmic bias and develop mitigation strategies
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in biotech, AI consciousness, and autonomous decision-making
- Develop corporate policies on digital rights, data sovereignty, and AI transparency
- Represent the company at international ethics forums (UN, OECD, IEEE)
- Create training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or digital ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and quantum computing principles
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy matters
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google) or Ethics Engineering
- Portfolio demonstrating implementation of ethical AI solutions in production systems
