Responsibilities
- Develop adaptive ethical governance frameworks for AGI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of LLM and generative AI systems
- Design predictive bias mitigation algorithms for 2026-era data ecosystems
- Establish industry-wide ethics certification protocols for quantum AI
- Conduct scenario planning for existential risk prevention in autonomous systems
- Advocate for ethical AI policy through partnerships with IEEE and UN bodies
- Mentor AI ethics interns in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI Governance with 5+ years applied experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks or neuroethics
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for C-suite and policymakers
- Certification in Responsible AI from Stanford or MIT (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating ethics-by-design implementations in production AI systems
