Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration

- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum physics and computer science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Q#, Cirq, or Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum supremacy

- Proven track record of securing government research grants
