Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical risk assessment frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+ contexts
- Lead cross-functional working groups to align technical teams with emerging AI governance standards
- Conduct horizon scanning for ethical implications of quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Author position papers on AI ethics for industry consortiums and regulatory bodies
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models targeting 2030 use cases
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI accountability legislation
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency mechanisms
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience working with quantum computing or neuromorphic hardware developers
