Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (neurotech, biocomputing, ambient computing)
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and technology adoption metrics
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Strong executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
