Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives (portfolio required)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Certified in AWS/Azure with architecture credentials
- Experience with agile transformation in regulated industries
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and blockchain applications
