Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for advanced ML models and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder engagement and public policy contributions
- Lead cross-functional working groups on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author thought leadership pieces on responsible AI adoption for industry publications
- Maintain expertise in evolving global AI governance standards (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (US, EU, Asia-Pacific)
- Experience conducting algorithmic impact assessments and ethical risk analyses
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced innovation environments with ambiguous challenges
