- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and regulatory impacts
- Optimize resource allocation for experimental tech initiatives with ROI focus
- Collaborate with R&D partners to validate feasibility of 2026-era applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years in tech architecture
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks and AI/ML architecture patterns
- Proven track record of leading complex tech initiatives with 2020-2026 roadmap delivery
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech regulatory landscapes (FDA, IEEE, ISO)
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Google Quantum) or equivalent
- Experience with biotech-tech integration (IoT medical devices, genomic data pipelines)
