Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology adoption roadmaps with clear ROI projections
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with rigorous performance tracking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (Web3, AGI, biocomputing)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience building and leading high-impact innovation teams
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Portfolio of published future-tech research or patents
