Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends, patents, and academic breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for technology adoption and integration
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and developing strategic plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
