Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present visionary briefings to stakeholders and investors on emerging technology opportunities
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor a high-performing innovation team in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
