- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with future vision objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews in emerging tech domains
- Prototype minimum viable solutions for futuristic concepts using rapid iteration methodologies
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CFAI)
