- Partner with R&D to evaluate and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory impacts
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation across departments
- Monitor patent landscapes and intellectual property opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
