Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscape (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with 5-year strategic forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Monitor global regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
