- Create governance frameworks for ethical deployment of advanced autonomous systems
- Present vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven adoption roadmaps
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year planning success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/neuro/IoT/blockchain)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market adoption
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with UN SDG alignment and ESG compliance frameworks
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
