Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for high-performance neural network systems.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models serving millions of requests.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
