Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating quantum computing with classical systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Secure intellectual property portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of shipping cutting-edge tech products (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with technology roadmapping and commercialization strategies
- Strong background in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, Science, etc.)
