Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing explainable AI frameworks for high-stakes industries
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML) with 2+ annual targets
- Architect ethical AI governance protocols aligned with evolving global regulations
- Mentor PhD interns from MIT and Stanford on quantum machine learning applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Publication record at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (IBM Q, Rigetti) preferred
- Strong background in statistical modeling and causal inference
