Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026-ready technology frameworks across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement future-tech pilots in real-world environments
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, futurists, and sustainability experts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation budgets for future-tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architecture
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year future impact (2018-2023)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Strong portfolio of published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and quantum governance
- Ability to translate complex future-tech concepts for executive audiences
