Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen digital solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to the board of directors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior engineers and tech strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ million users
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience with federal technology policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services or equivalent cloud quantum platforms
