Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across company divisions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Deep expertise in 5-year technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive/board experience
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., MIT FutureTech, Stanford AI Strategy)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-tech implementations
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
