Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year trend forecasting for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal shifts

- Design and execute horizon scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present future scenarios to board members and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence database and ecosystem mapping
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
