Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-proof initiatives
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations with 5-7 year horizons
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
