Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends (2023-2026 horizon) to produce actionable strategic reports
- Develop scenario-based forecasts for AI adoption, climate resilience, and workforce evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation roadmapping and risk mitigation
- Produce visual trend dashboards using advanced data visualization tools
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: AI ethics, circular economy, or neurotech
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate-tech topics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term strategic pivots
