Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-centric tech solutions
- Anticipate ethical and societal implications of emerging technologies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Manage innovation lab resources and experimental project portfolios
- Author industry whitepapers on technological convergence trends
- Coordinate with academic institutions for collaborative R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published research
- Proficiency in innovation management platforms (e.g., Planbox, Spigit)
