- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford research labs
- Present disruption scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $10M innovation fund for high-potential 2026-focused ventures
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology strategists
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (e.g., AI, AR/VR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives with academic partners
