Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing and climate tech
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into core business operations
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive trends and strategic pivots
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track exponential growth metrics
- Cultivate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate AI
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience with exponential technology governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and disruption modeling
