Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biocomputing, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with market disruption opportunities
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurist researchers and engineers
- Present strategic blueprints to board members and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- 12+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
