Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market shifts
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings published in industry journals
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario-building
- Integrate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
