Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with global policy bodies
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture labs
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFP) required
