- Design human-centric AI frameworks for ethical deployment
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and acquire frontier technologies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record scaling disruptive products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
