Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their market implications
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 global trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' conference series
- Mentor internal innovation incubator teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Published work on technological disruption scenarios
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
