Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and business evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Present visionary insights to executive teams and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor activities
- Document and communicate future scenarios to internal teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books)
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor audiences
- MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
