Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Pioneer sustainable AI frameworks for carbon-negative industrial ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of biotech, space commerce, and neurotech convergence points
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on emerging regulatory and ethical landscapes
- Design immersive scenario-planning simulations for geopolitical and climate volatility
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing disruptive business models for exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI convergence trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized innovations launched since 2020
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional designation
