What You'll Achieve:
- Lead horizon scanning for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop proprietary 10-year innovation roadmaps for global enterprises
- Host exclusive executive foresight summits in partnership with MIT Media Lab
- Author the annual 'State of 2026' industry report
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to boards of directors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content published in Harvard Business Review
- Advolve on R&D investments in frontier technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting technology adoption trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published author in futurism or technology foresight publications
- Experience with exponential technology stacks (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
