Qualifications

- 7+ years in innovation strategy or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario modeling frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
