- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, carbon capture)
- Publish thought leadership in future-focused journals and industry forums
- Mentor internal 'Future Architects' program to build organizational foresight capacity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for 2026 compliance
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex scenarios
- Published author in futurism or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
