- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successful tech trend prediction implementation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
