Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-centric solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present trend forecasts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for competitive disruption signals
- Curate thought leadership content on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or innovation frameworks
