Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmaps, focusing on AI ethics, quantum applications, and neurointerfaces
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Architect scalable frameworks for integrating decentralized technologies (Web3, blockchain) into enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with government bodies on policy frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in climate tech and biometric security
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech supply chains and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech, aerospace, or biotech sectors
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or singularity economics
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and UN SDGs for sustainable tech development
- Security clearance for sensitive technology partnerships (DOD/DoE preferred)
