- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Lead innovation incubation initiatives from ideation to prototype validation
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable solutions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Present futures insights at global industry summits and investor forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Credibility with C-suite executives and investors
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (required portfolio)
