Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Industry Impact Reports analyzing technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Design scenario planning workshops for executive teams to stress-test business strategies against future uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, think tanks, and emerging technology incubators
- Create quantifiable foresight metrics to track trend adoption rates and market shift indicators
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Present findings to investor boards securing funding for experimental ventures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Management with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact assessment
- Strong systems thinking ability to map complex interdependencies between global megatrends
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience designing innovation pipelines with measurable ROI for enterprise clients
- Prior work with Fortune 500 organizations on future-proofing initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling capabilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
