Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruptions and market evolutions
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for future markets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
