Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends
- Oversee the implementation of innovation incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
